i walk Morgan on a harness, she is almost 5lbs, and i use the Cesar "shht" sound. While walking if she does something I do not want her to do I "shht" her and give her a tiny pop/tug on the leash to get her attention. I'm talking really tiny tug because if you give a pop like you would for a bigger dog you'll hoist your yorkie off the ground. Usually I say "shht" and tug at the same time, they tell her "let's go" or "come on" to get her moving with me again.
