He's too young for allergies. Building up the antibodies that trigger an allergic reaction takes months.
I would highly suspect his eye got scratched by one of his littermates. If that is the case, you can't wait until Tuesday. Eye ulcers are very painful plus you don't want to take a chance on him losing his vision. If it's an infection, it is contagious.
Do you have an ER vet?
