hmm, I don't give them to my little ones. The big boys get them, but I put them in the same class as rawhides. It takes a long time to get them chewed down and then they have the same consistency as rawhide. It is a skin that they can be a choking hazard. I could be wrong but that's been my take on it. Bear gets a whole ear and the girls get a cookie. Baxter the goat gets a small ear piece.
