I was oing through Daisy's papers bc I keep all of them and I was reading her discharge papers again
I just think I was in such a state of confusion I over looked this.
Diagnosis: Doxycycline liver hepatopathy (presumed) xrays reveal a small liver, bloodwork reveals severe elevation to the liver values as well as cholesterol. ALT and GGT are mildly improved.ALP is largely underchanged. Vomiting and apetitie have improved with supportive care included intravenous fluids, antacids/milkthistle/antioxidantsuppliment,ampicillin,flagyl,anti-nauseamedications, vitmamin k1 and narcotic pain relief. Abdominal ultrasound by specialist rules out an overt liver or pancreatic tumor. The mesentric lymph nodes are normal. The adrenal glands are normal lowering the clincial suspicion for concurrent cushing's disease. Any Opinions on this?
