I'm glad it worked out for her, the sad part is, by that time, he had already developed the habits of a stud dog.
I'm guessing the person would not sue over this, but getting it out in the open would make me few better, than to always wonder if she was going to sue.
This lady does not have show dogs. So it's not like she was planning to make a champion out of him.
