I did call the previous owner and she says he was perfectly fine before. Which leaves me a little baffled. Because quite honestly, while he is very cute, I could tell something was wrong with his legs as soon as I took the little guy out of his carrier when I got him home from the airport.

I think what bothers me most is that I feel this had to have been known and was not disclosed. But I really shouldn't be too surprised. The vet told me Bailey also has peridontal disease, needs to have teeth extracted. He said its a horrible mess in there.

I'm going to guess this little guy never saw a vet. And that just REALLY upsets me! I am the kind of person that when I know my brother or ex's dogs haven't been to vet for awhile, I offer to pick them up and take them for them. -- We wouldn't let our children or other family members go without the needed medication or well baby visits. Why do people think it's okay to to not take their dogs??? She probably didn't know anything was wrong. Because she just didn't pay attention....
