Your girl should be able to go from 10-11 pm to 3-4 am without a potty break.

My boys, both over a year old, can go up to 7-8 hours overnight (I strongly advise against this during daytime/waking hours). They are pad-trained, so I know this is their choice.

Any possibility that your girl has a urinary tract infection? Any diet or other behavior changes? How is she doing with her potty habits during waking hours? (ETA: I re-read your post and see she does well during the day -- no accidents?).
