Oh, salivate! One of my favorite *all-time* cuisines (always in my top 2, at all times) is East African - either Ethiopian or Eritrean. INCREDIBLE! I could eat it every day.
I introduced my sister to it years ago, and then she moved to a small city. She was dying for it soooo badly - that I bought it here, put it in tupperware, and shipped it to her. She said it was the best b-day gift of her life. LOL.
