Eating and drinking well, and firm poops -- that's great! Leaving for an hour should be fine.
Because your baby is small, I probably wouldn't push past 2-3 hours without a check. Hopefully someone with more experience with smaller pups will weigh in on how long before you can leave her for more extended periods of time.
