I LOVE jellyfish!!! It's so not what you would think. It's crunchy, not jelly-ish. Taiwanese style if with daikon radish, ginger, sesame oil, chili oil, vinegar, carrot, some red chiles, served cold. Yum!

Ox tail and ox tongue is good too. Grew up eating that, hong kong style. (Hong kong food is weird, cantonese style, but with spaghetti or macaroni instead of rice )
