Default Eating Grass

Eating grass is natural for dogs. It is assumed that dogs eat grass because their stomach is upset after they eat the grass in the yard they throw up. Actually they get vitamins from the grass but the grass in our yards is bladed and that is what causes them to throw up. Rye, wheat and barley grass is good for them to eat. The blade of the grass of rye, wheat, and barley are different than what is planted in our yard.

My friend sells plants for pets and has done a lot of research on this and has the local university animal hospital contacting her to speak regarding the nutrients and the benefits and misconceptions of animals eating grass.
