I don't have any advice on the tummy troubles. But I'm sure the licking is due to the move. I had a mini daschund that did the same thing to his paw while we were moving. We had to stay with my mom for a few weeks because we sold our place before our new place was ready. Anyway he licked his paw incessantly until it became huge and swollen. THe vet prescribed some antibiotics and he had to wear a collar.
