I'm sorry your baby is having problems.
I responded to your other thread in the training section. How much time during the day is your little guy spending in the crate? I suggested trying an xpen or small room with an easy to clean floor.
Crating could be stressing him out and causing health problems. I know that if I tried to crate my oldest boy who was never trained to use a closed door crate, he would probably have a nervous breakdown.
