I agree with you. Addy is now 15 months old and she uses the pee pads 99% of the time. But, it has taken this long to get to this point. I am still praying for 100%.
I just think the cloth pads would make this happen alot more often. I just can't seem to change her from pee pads to outside and I have a doggie door. Moving the pad closer to the door alittle at a time hasn't and I don't think will every work. She just goes were the pads use to be.
