P.S. You should never buy a yorkie pup younger than 12 weeks of age. (I read you got your first one at 8 weeks old and was a runt. She also has Liver Shunts.) Reputable breeders will hold on to their pups till 12 weeks of age and their smaller ones even longer. Reputable breeders will also test their pups for health issues before they go to their new homes. They will also test the parents before breeding.
