If your puppy has not eaten anything for 4 days, he needs to see a vet, if the first one didn't want to listen to you, then you need to get a second opinion. These little guys can go downhill very fast when they do not eat. You can cook up things to entice them to eat, like boiled chicken and rice but if he doesn't want to eat for such a long period of time, something is wrong.
