PS - I'm sooo with you on never owning a house. We lost our house in '07 when my mom became disabled, and now we're renters. I think even if I had all the money in the world I wouldn't own a house (unless I could pay for it right there, with no mortgage). It just seems like so much hassle and unnecessary stress!

I thought the Cops theme was an old reggae song?
