If your yorkie is small you can pick him up by the scruff of his neck. A lot of the time this calms the dog and "immobilizes" them. Though i warn you, sometimes it freaks them out and makes them scream even though it doesn't hurt. You can also use your other hand to kinda support his hind end so he's not just dangling. Have one of you do this and have the other person come from behind him so he can't see you putting the drops in his ears.
