Not true. Generally, males drop very early--before they even leave the breeder. An 8-12 week old pup is not going to be able to impregnate a female. Also, males that have undescended testicles can still sire litters.  |

Do not forget that you must also have your female tested and evaluated before deciding to breed any of these 2 or both of them, also seek guidance from someone good and experienced about if it is a good match to breed these 2 to each other or not ! From your question you are not qualified to make such decision, no offense, just plain honest advice !
