it usually comes in a box and it is little dry flakes for human babies when they first start on solids, most grocery stores should carry it. It will thicken up her milk nicely but is a gentle change. I also agree with what Mardelin said about using the benebac with any changes, it will help keep her tummy from getting upset... Btw she is a doll
