You mustn't blame yourself. Mojo could have found string or something else to harm him outside, or anywhere. I've had four Yorkies over the years and with my son growing up I'm sure there's been string and lots of other materials, that could have caused harm around on occasions. It was an accident, nothing more. Guilt is part of the grieveing process, we all find more than our fair share of things to feel guilty about after a little one passes. We spend our time trying to protect them but we are only human and cannot be aware of all danger. Please be kind to yourself, your little Mojo would want that. I'm so very sorry for your loss.
