If so, the first thing I see is that she is doing more than one breed (yorkies and maltese. She also advertises Teacup Yorkies- there is no such thing according to the AKC.
The page is very short on puppy care. One would think someone with 20 years of experience would be a little more forthcoming with health advice.
She also ships all over the U.S. Why would you take a chance on someone who's willing to stick such a small pup on a plane?
There are no pics of her dams and sires or her facility.
It wouldn't be my first choice.
