Yes, my car seat has that buckle, and I use it, but I need another one, now that i have two, and I can't find one, to safe my life...It's from petgear, but they don't show just selling the buckle If anyone knows where to get one, I sure would be glad...Btw, yes, I think the buckle, used in the car seat is way more effective, than not using it...if you have to stop, suddenly, at least they don't go flying out of the carseat....
