The mother was let outside. She is a small cat and we didnt even know she was pregnant untill 2 days before she had them. Anyway I didnt know she had fleas. Her pregnancy wasnt planned and I do agree breeders should be keeping the mother dog indoors where she wont get fleas but not all do and thats what my post was relating to
