 New Animal Cruelty Laws!
thank god for small miracles..the Gov. of NC will sign Susie's Law today making it a felony in NC to abuse animals..
This bill was named after "Susie" a pit bull in Greensboro NC which was beaten and set on fire in a public area at 8 weeks old...
The abuser only got probation!!!
I would have liked to hang him up by his @%#$ and cut off his @^#$#!
Please take a look at your own state's laws, things can be changed!!!!
