Then your adult dogs have worms, or your puppies would not be getting them.
If you consider the slight possibility that your thinking might be outdated, you can take measures to stop the cycle. There is no reason why your 2 week old puppies should have worms if you deworm the adults and treat their run.
However at this point, you might have to treat your entire house, and wash all of their bedding because they're becoming reinfested.
