I posted this on another thread in Jan 2009 & wanted to share again.

COMPASSION
I often wonder why some are missing this in their lives?? Sad!
I found this years ago & kept it under the glass on my desk for years because I Loved it so!! It reads:
The Essence of Compassion
"Resolve to be tender with the young, compassionate
with the aged, sympathetic with the striving, and tolerant
with the weak and wrong.....because sometime in your life,
you will have been all of these."
