I was too anxious and excited to wait until today to bring home my baby so I brought her home yesterday evening!!! She is absolutely stunning!! She was kissing me allllllll night long. I just love her to pieces. Codie, of course, wanted nothing to do with her. But I know he'll come around. He acted the same way for a few days when we first brought home Katie. I'm guessing by Sunday or Monday at the latest he'll be crazy in love with her -- he's too much of a lover and a casanova to stay away from her for too long.
My only concern is last night she had diarrhea twice in her crate. The second time was so bad that I had to give her a bath in the sink because she had it all over her lil baby booty -- keep in mind that this happened at 2 a.m. LOL Thankfully this morning her stool was solid and normal looking -- in fact, it was downright adorable!
So adorable that I was compelled to take a picture of it! LOL! Ok ok, I know that's obsessive but I can't seem to help myself! I'm just giddy with happiness! Although I did have a bit of a crying jag last night when I first brought her home because she reminded me of my precious Katie Lyn. But she seemed to sense that I was upset and unsuccessfully tried to crawl up my foot to comfort me. Being that she's way too small to crawl up anything, she kept slipping off so I had to pick her up and she immediately started kissing my face. She's such a little love bug!
