LOL, yes he is. It was sooo hot out (97 Sunday, plus humid! yuck!) and we walked over, and he just plopped right down. The only thing I photoshopped out was the leash! I hate the way a leash makes a picture look so I tried to edit it out as much as possible. He was on a long line because I don't trust the stinker yet!
Btw, he was a MESS after laying down in the water and sand. Absolutely disgusting, haha!
