I'm not a lot of help because my hoover of a dog will eat anything, but if he gets a tummy ache again give him a little pepto and then feed him white rice & cottage cheese (this is what my vet told me to do when Logan got sick). If you don't have any nutrical you can use kayro syrup or regular syrup in a pinch.
