I also mix in wet food with Jackson's meals and buy the small cans usually. I don't mix a whole lot of wet food so a can could also last us a week or more sometimes. But what I do is just put a lid on it (we purchased one at the Dollar Store specifically to put on cans) and keep it in the fridge. I will usually keep it 3 days and then throw away whatever was not used. Also, I know they're not healthy but sometimes once or twice a week I buy those "Mixables" from Petsmart or Petco and they're like .75 cents for a little bag and it's soo easy to mix right in and then you throw it away!
