Whenever it's raining she will typically pee in the house- is there a way to stop this? Do I just have to take her out with me? Otherwise lately she goes right out on her own- even for the pooping!

Sounds like Sadie's making great progress! Are you actually going outside with her to potty when it's raining, or is she expected to go out on her own? If not, you need to be escorting her outside with an umbrella if necessary, and reassure her that the rain is nothing to be afraid of when going potty. Eventually she will care more about going potty outside and less about the rain.
