Whenever it's raining she will typically pee in the house- is there a way to stop this? Do I just have to take her out with me? Otherwise lately she goes right out on her own- even for the pooping!

A lot of dogs don't like the rain. My old roomies pom would refuse to go outside and wet his paws in the rain. He would hold it until he could no longer hold it and it would end up in the living room.
Kaji on the other hand, doesn't give a hoot. He loves going outside; he might even enjoy the rain.
Have you considered potty pads for rainy days? The other alternative would be to take her out on a schedule to make sure she has a chance to "go" outside.
