You write very well for a 14 yr old middle school junior, so I'm sure you'll do well with ANY essay they throw at you. The key is writing about something, or when you have a specific subject, finding a way to make it personal...more believable. Your essay is going to be very impersonal and will not make an impression if you can't find a way to relate to it.
