sounds like possible inflammatory bowel disease. NO CHICKEN. Ibd dogs many times cannot have chicken diets. Was the wellness food chicken? I would try natural balance venison and sweet potato and see if that works. You may need to do wet or soak kibble until her intestines are calmed down

IBD does not show up on blood work usually. The only thing that could possibly show up is high amylase and lipase but not always the case.

Dogs can eat a diet for years and develop an intolerance for it.

If you cannot get vomitting and diarrhea under control with diet alone you can ask vet about tylosin (tylan powder) it is a mild antibiotic with anti-inflammatory agent in it. I personally would try a probiotic before doing an antibiotic and add just enough pumpkin to get the probiotic mixed in unless you can get her to lick the probiotic straight off plate

I use dds plus from vitamin shoppe and works great for us and i mix a little organic pumpkin from whole foods as it will firm up poops.
