You've given a lot of good reasons that this is probably a place you should pass on. As you've already been told, no broker or pet store would EVER admit they buy from or encourage the puppy mill industry. They'll all swear they are different and you'll only find out the truth afterwards (these guys seem to have a warped definition of puppy mill- it's ALWAYS someone larger than where they get their dogs from).

And to Kev25: how fortunate that you are from NJ and you just HAPPENED to find this thread and were here to defend the Amish for you first post. Things that make you go "hmmmmm..."
