I'm going to be blunt here. Taping her ears should be the least of your worries right now. I say this because I am going through something similar with a rescue pup who is most likely younger than her "paperwork" says.

You've already had one hypoglycemic episode. You are going to need to be on guard against another. If she's truly 10 weeks, a goats milk formula is ok in a pinch, but it certainly isn't enough to keep her healthy. Having only a few teeth could make it difficult finding a food she can easily eat, be prepared.

Get her to the vet ASAP for a checkup. A "breeder" who won't answer your calls now could very easily be hidin something else from you. You need to know what you may be in for. Don't wait until this weekend or even tomorrow. Go today.

Once you know she's healthy and is eating, peeing and pooping as she should THEN you can worry about taping her ears.
