Many unscrupulous breeders will say a pup is much older than it really is to give the impression it will be very small as an adult. You are right to be upset. Since the "breeder" will not answer the phone, it is now up to you to keep this baby well and alive. goats milk is closest to momma's milk. Take her to the vet and see how old the vet can estimate her age at. I do not know how old pups are when their baby teeth break through. I just know they start to lose their baby teeth and get their adult teeth at about 6 months. Unfortunetly, pups taken away from their momma this early most often than not develop behavioral problems that now you must deal with and train her out of. Biting/mouthing is one of the most common.
