Oh wow I'm reading up on neutering /marking right now I think I'm take him to the local SPCA it's 65$ there and I don't think they will hurt him.He's the sweeties little guy but I have noticed him marking outside it's like every other step he's is dropping a little spot of pee n today he put he's little leg up on peed on the fridge,so yes it's something I will be doing real soon thanks for your help
