I don't know that there is any wormer safe for puppies under 2 weeks. This is poison that you are feeding them.

At that young age I would not worm them unless there was proof that they actuall have worms.

As for the fat bellies, Do they get fat right after the nurse, then it goes away before the next feeding? That is what they are supposed to do.

Contrary to popular belief, NOT ALL PUPPIES HAVE WORMS, they do not get it from their mother if the mother does not have worms.
