I would say NO to #1 Unless they are willing to let you come and see where the pups were raised, instead of the parking lot..If they will not agree to let you see where they were raised, Then there is probably a reason for that. and you most likely would not like what you would see anyways..#2 sounds more legit, I would go check out that one. Oh by the way where are you in Pa..Im in Pa too..near Pittsburgh.
