For the Marines here, when I was in Quantico, VA at The Basic School, Oliver North was my Tactics Instructor, and Dan Lauria, the guy that played the Dad on the Wonder Years, was my Drill and Techniques of Military Instruction Instructor.
Oliie was a good guy. Would start off each lecture by throwing a Tomahawk! Always expect the unexprected!
