He needs to have all of his distemper boosters finished at the very least. some then say its best to wait another 2 weeks after the last booster. After that he can go to the groomer. if you want you can also get the bordatella intra-nasal vaccine as well since he'll be around other dogs. some groomers require it. rabies can wait till 6 months. personally i don't give bordatella to my yorkie. I was a vet tech and now a groomer. she came to the hospital with me and now comes to the grooming shop with me. haven't had a problem yet.
