Does anyone use chicken soup? Take a can of chicken soup, a small tub of sour cream, a can of enchilada sauce (red) mix together, (if it is too thick add a small amount of chicken broth or another can of enchilada sauce) and spread that over the top of you enchiladas/burritos top with cheese (or mix the cheese into the sauce mix) and bake! |
Oh I see. We only use homemade sauces (my mom would kill me if I replace her recipes with canned stuff!). But, if you have pre-made chicken in the fridge, pre-made sauce, it only takes about 30 mins to quickly assemble and bake. That's an easy dish to get together because we always have beans handy, and my mom is super quick at making rice! YUM... I'm getting hungry!
