That what I use too, it's been a really great training aid. Joey was really bad when we went to places like Home Depot, and I've taken it along with me and he's so good now. He's even allowing people to pet him again. I think barking can make them overly agitated and this kind of nips it in the bud. We still allow him to do some barking, but not just anytime he wants. This is a good thread on the Bark Repeller. Remember don't use closer than 6 feet, you could cause them to become more agitated.
