It might be a uti or excitement pee. My Maggie has an issue with peeing in her sleep. She sleeps so soundly that she doesn't reazlie it and also because she was spayed early on. Her bladder has not matured with her.
She also had big time excitement pee when she was a pup. We would literally throw her harness on as we were putting it on so she wouldn't pee while she was jumping to greet us. lol It was definitely a race every morning. she would also pee when we got home or when she met new people.
I was holding her one day when my neighbor and I were talking at the front door one day and I heard what sounded like running water, lol, I just held her out and sure enough she was like a waterfall.
