Wow, she is tiny! 70 grams is about 2 1/2 ounces. I would try for 2 cc and let her nurse, if she is strong and nursing well. I prefer to feed a little less, and feed more often than to over fill their little tummies. Less chance of them bringing up and aspirating. Best of luck, she sure is a sweety. Keep us posted.
