I would take her in then. I would have an xray done to make sure no blockage and have blood work done. This is what they did when my dex had pancreatitis. When they do the blood work ask for the cpli add on to be done just to be on the safe side and if they have the inhouse snap cpli then have them do that as it is faster and have the other blood work sent out to the lab as the labs are much more accurate but the cpli takes a few days to come back so prefer in house on that one.
If you can get a fecal sample this morning take that in too
better to cover all bases at this point to see what is going on
