You could also check with a hospital laundry and ask what they do with the soaker bed pads when they are getting a little frayed and won't be used in the hospital any more. I managed to get 50 of them from our hospital laundry, they are not stained just a little frayed around the edges and I paid the grand total of 50 cents each for them. I will get many more years out of them yet.
