Yes, they definitely go through a teenage phase when their brains turn to mush [just like human teenagers ]!

I think you have to deal with the housebreaking lapse by going back to the beginning - watch him like a hawk, go outside with him at pottytime, treat and praise heavily when he gets it right, clean it up when he has mistakes without punishing him Punishment just teaches him to hide from you when he goes. For some sensitive dogs, even a firm "no" is punishment.

You might want to restrict the areas of your house that he has access to until his brain recovers from all those hormones! LOL!
